The Leader’s Body: Moving to the Next Level
Expedite your Toastmaster’s journey with this session! One of the fastest and
most effective ways to change how we are “being” at work and in our lives
is by working through the body. Understanding how we currently embody certain
strengths and learning how to develop ourselves more fully enables greater
possibilities and enhanced performance. Using music and movement, participants
will explore dispositions and learn practices to expand their repertoire.
