Final Destination: Five Star Leadership!

The voyage of leadership takes an acute awareness of your current skill level, an understanding of those around you, and a desire to learn. In this session, we will use self-evaluation to determine where you are on the continuum of leadership skills. At the end of this session, you will have a better understanding of where you currently excel, and you’ll be able to identify areas for improvement. You will learn to use a valuable Toastmaster tool: the Leadership Manual (available at the workshop for $6.00), which will help you become a more effective leader at Toastmasters, in business and in your personal life. Join us in this fun and interactive session.

...with your voice, teach in order to learn

MVP Advanced Toastmaster is home to an eclectic group of Toastmasters who have a common goal of self improvement and commitment to excellence in public speaking, with a focus on teaching. Our club regularly hosts trainings sessions, and welcomes visitors wanting to try out a speech for in-depth feedback, evaluation and coaching.

When asked, “What country do you want to visit and why?”, our presenters response was, “Canada!” “We have some of the most exciting scenery across this huge expanse we call home, and (we enjoy) one of the world's most diverse cultures. As Canadians, we often take our homeland for granted.” Susan's desire is to take her family to the Maritimes and Shelley's wish is to golf on Prince Edward Island.
