Resolving Conflict

A Toastmasters club cannot rise to new levels when unresolved conflict becomes a problem. Be proactive in steering your ship through troubled waters as you learn how to:

• Identify and Agree on the Issue
• Gather information
• Stick to the Facts, don’t get personal
• Brainstorm possible Solutions
• Reach a consensus
