People are as diverse and unique as the many cultures and countries in the world. So, it is not always easy to create positive productive teams. Explore new skills that will bring your club on board to Leadership excellence! Building a team with the knowledge gained for selecting the team, removing competition or conflict, defining the ground rules, setting expectations, empowering the team, and encouraging communication.


Saji Jacob, CC, CL

Passport Details:

Saji joined Toastmasters one and a half years ago! He completed his CC and CL in the first year, and recently joined the club executive as VP Education. Saji currently works for Colt Worley Parsons in the Projects Controls group. Having international experience from traveling and working in India, the Middle East, and Canada, Saji brings a wealth of knowledge seasoned from working in mid to senior level management positions for the past 12 years. Currently, Saji heads a team of planners and schedulers for the entire Colt Edmonton and works as Projects Controls Lead on a numerous project teams. Saji enjoys travel and wants to continue to explore Asia, due to its rich cultural heritage and amazing diversity.
