In it, Shiraz will examine two contemporary ways of imparting leadership, consisting of methods, which are relatively new and yet age-old! Often coaching and mentoring are not seen as means of teaching leadership skills, but used effectively, they offer a very practical and interactive approach that can yield powerful results. This short presentation will focus on similarities and differences between coaching and mentoring, providing practical tips on how each can be used, not just in business world, but in everyday life.
